How to Return

- Send It Back: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:

The pear-shaped basket is optimized for belaying with the Münter hitch or other devices, offering ease of use and versatility. Its angled, snag-free Keylock nose ensures smooth clipping and unclipping maneuvers without snagging. The design thoughtfully accommodates the clove hitch, with an opening and basket area large enough for easy manipulation.
