How to Return
- Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team at returns@alpineextreme.co to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Send It Back: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:
